1. All images on www.rvbarrett.com have been created by R.V.Barrett (RVB) and RVB holds all exclusive copyrights. Only the rights expressly transfered to the purchaser in this document will be transfered. No other transfer of rights is recognized unless the individual claiming rights has an original copy of a contract transfering rights with legal signatures of all involved parties.

2. Purchasing an original watercolor painting from www.rvbarrett.com does not transfer any copyrights to the purchaser. The purchaser may reproduce the image in a thumbnail size for brochures or invitations to: (1) Art Gallery showing, (2) Museum showing, or (3) Art auction.  If quantities of brochures produced exceed 1000 for any one occasion, or 4000 total per painting, prior permission must be obtained from RVB before distribution begins. This will require submission of a sample of the brochure to RVB.  Additional fees may be required to receive permission for such reproductions.

3. Purchasing an original watercolor painting from www.rvbarrett.com does not preclude RVB from producing and selling additional prints and digital copies of the same image. The purchaser may preclude RVB from creating additional prints and digital copies of the same image by paying an additional fee. This fee will not grant any reproduction rights, beyond those outlined in section 2), to the purchaser.

4. Any and all infringements on copyrights held by www.rvbarrett.com expressed or implied will be actionable in both criminal and civil court. The copyright laws of the State of California and the United States of America will govern any dispute over these rights.
